Essentiality Certificates
Essentiality Certificate ‘B’
To be filled out for In-Patient Department (IPD) treatments — applicable when hospitalization is required.
Essentiality Certificate ‘A’
To be filled out for Out-Patient Department (OPD) treatments — applicable when hospitalization is not required.
