📋 Form 16: Collect Form 16 Part A and Part B from your employer by 15th June 2026
🏦 AIS / 26AS: Verify your Annual Information Statement on income tax portal before filing
💼 Regime Choice: New Regime is default — opt for Old Regime explicitly if it saves more tax
🧾 Proofs: Keep 80C certificates, 80D receipts, HRA landlord PAN, home loan certificate ready
✅ Rebate: Taxable income up to Rs.12L (new) or Rs.5L (old) = zero tax after Sec 87A rebate
