Special Eligibility — Merchant Navy & CPL Holders

Merchant Navy Personnel:

  • Holders of Government of India Ministry of Shipping Certificate of Competency (Foreign going) as Second Mate, Mate, or Master can apply for Executive Branch (General Service). Birth date: 02 Jul 1997 to 01 Jan 2008.
  • First Class Engineer Certificate holders can apply for Technical Branch (SSC Engineering). Same birth date range.

Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) Holders:
