Surety Bond and Service Commitment — Read Before You Apply
This is an absorption-based recruitment, which means NHSRCL requires a binding commitment from selected candidates.

Newly selected candidates will be on probation for one year. You may be posted to any NHSRCL office or project location under the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) corridor.
Controller and Safety Assignment — Important Note
Several posts carry a dual designation — for example, JE (Civil/Track) who may also be assigned as Facility Controller or JE (Safety). If you are applying for any such post (Vacancy Nos. 21–29 or 31/2026), you must:
- Indicate your willingness for Controller / Safety assignment in the online application form
- Submit your order of preference between available designations at the time of application
However, the final allocation rests entirely with NHSRCL management, regardless of your stated preference.
Document Requirements
Along with your online application, you must submit a Competency Certificate or Experience Certificate from your employer. This certificate must:
- Be issued on official employer letterhead
- Clearly state the nature and type of work performed
- Include year-wise details of your experience
General appointment letters or offer letters alone are not acceptable. Applications without proper supporting documents will be rejected outright.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not apply for more than one post per group. The CBT for all posts within a group may be held simultaneously — submitting two applications in the same group means one will be rejected.
- Verify your eligibility before paying the ₹400 fee. It is non-refundable.
- Do not use MACP-upgraded grade pay to meet the experience eligibility for DE posts. Only substantive grade is counted.
- Check your email (including spam) regularly — NHSRCL communicates only through registered email IDs.
- Do not submit on the last day. Server load increases near deadlines. Apply by 10–11 July 2026 to be safe.
